针对异质多属性决策问题,提出一种基于后悔理论的变权决策方法。首先计算各个决策方案的相对贴近度,构造其变权向量。然后考虑决策者后悔规避,计算变权向量相对于初始权重的后悔值—喜悦值,进一步计算各个方案的综合后悔—喜悦值,进而确立方案优劣排序和最优方案。通过实例计算,分析说明了该决策方法的有效性和合理性。
英文摘要：
Aiming at the heterogeneous multi-attribute decision making,a variable weight decision making method was proposed based on regret theory.The scheme relative closeness and variable weight vector were obtained.The regret aversion of decision makers were considered,the initial weight was chosen as the reference point,and the variable weight vector was transformed into the decision matrix of regret values and rejoice values relative to the reference point.Furthermore,by considering the decision maker＇s different risk attitudes toward gains and losses,the comprehensive regret-rejoice values of each alternative was calculated based on regret theory.A ranking of alternatives was determined by the comprehensive regret-rejoice values.The effectiveness and rationality of the proposed approach were illustrated with an actual example.
