The fine mining management on the whole process in Woxi pithead of Chenzhou Mining was realized by optimizing themining method, improving operation procedure, promoting the standard roadway construction, as well as strengthening roofprotection measures and site management. Therefore, some technical and economical indexes in underground were reduced, in-cluding the dilution rate of ore drawing, the loss rate of ore and the injury rate of employee. Besides, the dirty and messy envi-ronment in underground was solved, and the rough thinking in a generation of miners was changed. Through the fine miningmanagement, the underground mining developed into a factory model, and the enterprise had obtained good economic and socialbenefits.
