英文摘要：

This paper analyzes the relations among interorganizational learning,firm innovation output and financial performance by using an approach of structural equation modelling.The sample given consists of 127 cooperative firms.The results suggest that interorganizational learning will positively affect firm financial performance through the mediating effect of innovation output.
