A graph is said to be a half-arc-transitive graph if its automorphism group acts transi- tively on its vertex set and edge set, but not on its arc set. In this paper, we study some properties of hexavalent half-arc-transitive graphs with pqZ order under a certain condition. Then we give a suffi- cient condition that a special Cayley graph of order pq2 is half-arc-transitive, where p and q are dis- tinct odd primes.
