黏度是一项重要的热物理性质,基于摩擦理论和PR状态方程,提出了一种新的用于计算气相黏度的模型。利用7种HFC混合制冷剂(R500、R502、R125/R32、R152a/R22、R22/R142b、R134a/R32、R12S/R134a)的气相黏度实验数据对提出的模型进行了计算对比。结果表明,在拟合范围内,模型计算值与实验值的绝对平均偏差均小于4%,可以满足工程计算的需要。
Viscosity is an important thermal physical property. A gas viscosity model was established based on the friction theory combined with the PR equation of state. By using seven refrigerant mixtures from the literature (R500, R502, R125/R32, R152a/R22, R22/R142b, R134a/R32), the experimental data of gas phase viscosity for the proposed model was calculated. The results show that in the fitting range the average absolute deviations between the viscosity values of the data in literatures and the values of calculated are less than 4%, which can satisfy the needs of engineering calculation.
