利用有限元分析方法对几款板弹簧的应力分布特性进行了分析,分析表明适当的涡旋槽偏心布置和涡旋槽封闭方法可以使弹簧涡旋臂的应力分布更加均匀,避免应力集中,降低板弹簧在行程内的最大应力,从而提高板弹簧的寿命。
Based on the finite element analysis software, the stress distribution in several flexure springs was investigated. The analysis results demonstrate that the proper eccentric distance and closing method of spiral slot can make the stress distribution more uniformly on the spiral arms, so the maximum stress of flexure spring is reduced and that make the flexure spring to have a longer life.
