目的调查不孕症患者幸福度及相关影响因素。方法使用自行设计的一般资料问卷和纽芬兰纪念大学幸福度量表（MUNSH）对2013年6月-2014年6月在中南大学湘雅医院妇科门诊、生殖中心门诊和中信湘雅生殖与遗传专科医院就诊的306例不孕症患者进行问卷调查。结果不孕症患者的总体幸福感为（23.15±8.15）分。单因素分析结果显示,不同年龄、结婚年限、不孕年限、接受辅助生育技术次数、不孕原因来源、治疗费用和就诊次数等不孕症患者的幸福度比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。多因素分析结果显示,不孕症患者幸福度与接受辅助生育技术次数、不孕原因来源有关。结论不孕症患者主观幸福度偏低,且受到多种因素的影响。

英文摘要：

【Objective】To investigate the degree of happiness in patients with infertility and its related factors.【Methods】A questionnaire survey was performed to 306 infertility patients who were consulted in the Gynecological Clinic and Reproductive Clinic of Xiangya Hospital, Central South University and Reproductive Genetic Hospital of CITIC-Xiangya from June 2013 to June 2014. The questionnaires used in the survey included a self-designed general information questionnaire and a Newfoundland Scale of Happiness questionnaire（MUNSH）.【Results】The happiness scores of the infertile patients were（23.15 ± 8.15）. The single factor analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the happiness among the infertility patients with different age, marriage age,duration of infertility, number of accepted assistant reproductive technology, causes of infertility, the cost of treatment and the number of visits（P 0.05）. Multivariate factor analysis showed that the happiness of the infertility patients was related with the number of accepted assistant reproductive technology and the causes of infertility. 【Conclusions】The happiness of infertility patients is relatively low which may be caused by the economic and psychological pressure on the patients.
