探究影响图书馆服务功能IT消费化用户采纳意愿的使能因素及其内在作用机理,有助于在整合个体创新性理论、自我效能感以及技术接受模型等的基础上,从个体特性、系统特征和用户体验的多维视角提炼出研究假设并构建理论研究模型。结果显示,个体创新性、自我效能等个体特征因素对感知易用性、感知便利性等系统特性因素均有显著的促进作用;在系统特性因素内部,感知易用性对感知便利性和感知有用性均有正向促进作用,感知便利性对感知有用性同样具有正向促进作用;感知有用性作为系统特性的重要因素对感知收益、感知满意度等用户体验因素均有显著的促进作用;感知收益、感知满意度均能不同程度地促进用户最终的采纳意愿。
This paper investigates the enabling factors and mechanisms affecting user intent of the adoption of consumerization of IT in library service functions. Building upon individual innovation theories, self-efficacy, and technology acceptance model, this paper refines research hypothesis and aims to establish theoretical framework from a multi-dimensional perspective consisting of individual characteristics, systematic characteristics, and user experience. Research shows that elements such as individual characteristics and self-efficacy have noticeably positive effect on systematic characteristics like perceived usability and perceived convenience. Furthermore, among systematic characteristics, perceived usability has positive effect on perceived convenience and perceive usefulness; on the other hand, perceived usefulness contributes positively to perceived benefits and perceived satisfaction, which promote user intent to different extents.
