英文摘要：
This paper presents a Web Service Credit Model LUCIDA. In this model, information of Web Service is obtained and collected through UDDI so that the credit assessment of Web Service can be provided to Web Service consumers. It analyses the implementing strategy of LUCIDA, presents the implementation of the model and discusses the related Specification and key technique. Finally, an instance is given to verify the feasibility of the model.
