[目的]从土壤微生物的角度,评估生物腐殖酸生态质量。[方法]设置CK(0)、低量(150 kg/hm2)、中量(450 kg/hm2)、高量(750 kg/hm2)生物腐殖酸的盐碱土壤盆栽试验,测定盆栽黄瓜产量和盐碱度指标,同时测定土壤微生物数量和酶活性。[结果]中量腐殖酸处理盆栽黄瓜的结实量和全株生物量的增加幅度最大,与对照(CK)相比增幅达1.61倍和1.29倍,而高量腐殖酸处理盐碱土壤的pH和电导率的降低幅度最大。与对照相比,中量腐殖酸处理在0.05水平显著提高土壤细菌、真菌数量和蛋白酶、脲酶、磷酸酶和脱氢酶活性,同时在0.05水平显著提高土壤生物肥力指数(BIF)和酶活性指数(EAN)。高量腐殖酸处理对土壤微生物数量和酶活性的影响也在0.05水平显著高于对照,仅次于中量腐殖酸处理,而低量腐殖酸处理则与对照之间没有显著差异。[结论]中量和高量生物腐殖酸处理能够明显改善盐碱土壤质量,提高作物产量,其中中量生物腐殖酸的效果最好。
[ Objective ] To evaluate the ecological quality of biological humic acid (BHC) from soil microbes. [ Method ] Alkali-saline soil pot experiments of control (0), low application rate (150 kg/hm2), medium application rate (450 kg/hm2) and medium application rate (750 kg/hm2) of BHC were conducted,and the yield and alkaline index of cucumber, soil microbes quantity and enzyme activities were determined. [Result] The results showed that cucumber yield and biological biomass of whole plant in medium application rate of BHC was highest,the in- crease rate of which were 1.61 times and 1.29 times than that of control. The decrease rate of alkali-saline soil pH and EC in high application rate of BHC was highest. Compared with control, number of soil bacteria, fungi and activities of protease, urease, phosphatase, dehydrogenase were in- creased significantly by BHC at medium application rate; biological index of fertility (BIF) and enzyme activity number (EAN) were also signifi- cantly enhanced,respectively; BHC at high application rate also significantly enhanced soil microbe number and enzyme activities, and its effect was secondary to that of BHC at medium application rate. The effect of BHC at low application rate on soil microbe number and enzyme activities was not significantly different from that of control. [ Conclusion] Soil quality and crop yield can be improved by BHC at meidium and high application rate,and the effect of BHC at medium application rate is best.
