采用紫外光谱、红外光谱、核磁共振波潜、凝胶渗透色谱和有机元素分析对从欧美杨107杨正常木与应拉木中提取的纤维素酶解木素的结构进行比较研究。结果表明:欧美杨107杨正常木与应拉木木素的芳香环结构都是紫丁香基含量最高,愈创木基次之,对羟基苯基较少;与砸常术木素相比,应拉木水素中紫丁香基、脂肪族羟基、甲氧基含量较多,而愈创木基、对羟基苯基、酚羟基、β-5键含量较少;β-0.4醚键、β-β键和β-1键含量相近;含有一定量的缩合酚羟基和羧基。正常木与应拉木木素的经验式分别为C9H72O1.79(OH)^ph0.21(OH)^Al1.17(OCH3)1.55和C9H723O1.76(OH)^ph0.18(OH)^Al1.25(OCH3)1.62。正常木与应拉木木素的质均相对分子质量分别为8622和8801.
The celluloytic enzyme lignin structures in normal wood and tension wood of Poplar 107 (Populus × euramericana cv. “74/76” ) were compared by UV, FT-IR, NMR, GPC and elemental analysis. The results showed that the contents of syringyl of aromatic skeletals of lignin in normal and tension wood were the highest, the contents of guaiacylpropane were the second, and the contents of p-hydroxyphenyl- propane units were the least. Compared with the lignin of normal wood, the contents of syringyl were higher in the lignin of tension wood, however, the contents of guaiacylpropane and p-hydroxyphenylpropane units were lower; The contents of aliphatic hydroxyl, methoxyl, condensed phenolic hydroxyl and carboxyl of lignin in tension wood were higher, but the contents of phenolic hydroxyl groups and β-5 were lower; The contents ofβ-O-4, β-β and β-1 were similar. The average per-C9-unit formulae of the lignin in normal and tension wood of Poplar 107 were C9H723O1.76(OH)^ph0.18(OH)^Al1.25(OCH3)1.62 respectively. The weight-average molecular weight of the lignin in normal and tension wood were 8622 g/mol and 8801 g/mol resoectivelv.
