卷烟品质及安全性是烟草行业关注的热点,木质素是烟草细胞壁的主要生物大分子物质之一,参与卷烟的热裂解,形成包括CO、苯酚、多环芳烃等小分子化合物,对卷烟的品质及安全性有重要影响。本文从烟草木质素的结构、检测方法、含量的影响因素、对卷烟品质与安全性的影响及其调控与降解等方面的研究现状进行了概述,表明烟草木质素是G-S型木质素,其含量与地域、品种及部位相关;木质素与卷烟的感官质量及安全性密切相关;基因工程可以从源头调控烟草木质素的含量,木质素的降解主要有酶法、微生物法及化学法。概述旨在为卷烟及造纸法再造烟叶的开发提供参考。
Sense quality and safety of cigarette are of catholic concern in the tobacco industry. As one of the main biological macromolecules of tobacco cell wall,lignin participates the pyrolysis of cigarette forming small molecular substances such as CO,phenol and PAHs,and is closely related to sense quality and safety of cigarette. The advanced researches on structure,detection methods,influence factors of content,regulation and degradation of lignin in tobacco,and influence of lignin in cigarettes on sense quality and safety were reviewed. The results showed that tobacco lignin was guajacyl-syringyl lignin,its content was relevant to region,cultivated varieties and stalk position; lignin played an important role in sense quality and safety of cigarette; transgenic technology could control tobacco lignin from the source; lignin could be degraded by enzymolysis,microbiological deterioration and chemical degradation. This review could provide reference for cigarette and paper-making reconstituted tobacco development.
