为系统研究新型卷边钢板组合截面PEC柱构件受力性能,采用商业有限元软件ABAQUS,结合试验试件设计细节,建立相应的有限元分析模型,对考虑混凝土强度、强弱轴布置和卷边构造等设计参数的8个PEC柱试验试件进行有限元模拟研究.通过位移-荷载曲线和破坏模态的分析,得出各设计参数对PEC柱受力性能的影响规律.研究结果表明:混凝土强度提高可以增大构件的初始抗侧刚度,但对极限承载力影响不明显;强弱轴布置方式对试件承载力的影响差异较大,而对初始抗侧刚度和后期延性影响较小;合理的卷边尺寸对试件的受力性能有一定的影响.
To systematically study the mechanics performance of PEC columns fabricated with thin-walled built-up section,the FEM software named ABAQUS was adopted to build the FE model on the basis of the test specimens,the concrete strength,strong or weak axis layout and construction details of crimping were taken into consideration 8 test specimens of PEC columns were simulated.Compared with load displacement curve and failure mode between specimens and models,the effective behaviors of various design parameters on the loading-carrying capacity and deformation patterns of PEC column were derived.The result shows that the effect of concrete strength on initial lateral stiffness is significant but loading-carrying capacity varies little; PEC layout markedly affects loading-carrying capacity but not initial lateral stiffness and ductility of specimens; the rational size of crimping should effect the failure mode,loading-carrying capacity and the integrity distinctly.
