Based on the data of 110 R&D team leaders,the paper discusses the influen servant leadership on team creativity,including the inter-mediation of team empowerment cing and mechanism of the regulating effect of the power distance. The study finds that servant leadership has a positive effect on team creativity; team empowerment plays a partial mediating role between servant leadership and team creativity;and power distance strengthens the positive correlation between servant leadership and team creativity.
