提出了一种四缸五冲程内燃机,利用GT—Power建立了其一维仿真模型,并进行了仿真计算与分析。计算结果表明:四缸五冲程内燃机有宽范围的高效工作区域,覆盖车用内燃机的所有常用工况;与传统四缸四冲程内燃机相比,四缸五冲程内燃机通过增压可达到相同的功率;在不增压情况下,转速越低燃油经济性能越好,指示效率在低速1500r/min时可提高3到5个百分点,转速2500r/min以下可节油8%~18%;在增压比为2的情况下,中低速的扭矩提高了20%~30%。
To evaluate the performance of 4-cylinder 5-stroke IC engine, a 1D simulation model was established by GT-Power. Simulation results show that the new engine has a wide higher efficiency range, covering all frequently used operating conditions of general vehicle IC engines. Compared with traditional 4- stroke 4-cylinder IC engine, the new engine can achieve the same power output by intake supercharging, indicated efficiency increases by 3% to 5% at speed of 1500 r/min, specific fuel consumption decreases by 8-18% when speed is lower than 2500r/min, and the torque increases by about 20% under middle to low speeds when supercharging ratio is 2.
