以实际工程保温粮食钢板筒仓Bc2425为载体,利用通用有限元软件ANSYS,对圆柱壳体无径向开孔和有径向开孔两种结构类型的应力进行了对比分析.通过计算开孔形状、开孔大小对仓壁开孔处应力集中的影响发现:无论仓壁开孔形状如何,随着仓壁开孔尺寸的增大,仓壁开孔处的应力集中系数出现先增大后减小,达到较小值后趋于平缓,而后继续增大的现象.
Taking a thermal-insulating grain steel silo BC2425 in the practical engineering as carder, the stresses of a cylindrical shell structure without radial opening and a cylindrical shell structure with radial opening were analyzed by using a common finite element analysis software ANSYS;and the influences of opening shape and opening size on stress concentration on the silo wall were calculated. The results showed that the stress concentration factor at the opening was not influenced by the opening shape;as the opening size was enlarged, the stress concentration factor increased firstly, then decreased, then was stable after reaching a smaller value, and finally continued to increase.
