高铁的贯通给欠发达地区的产业会产生怎样的影响?文章以高铁时代的苏北产业抉择为例,运用经济学理论,结合相关统计资料,较为全面深入的研究和解答了这一问题。形成结论和建议是:地区经济增长差距是一个全球维度的现实课题,有着广泛的经济地理发生基础,苏北五市发展相对落后,可以用新经济地理学予以解释。浦东经验和山东先例佐证,要想加快苏北发展,实现江苏全面小康,必须重塑苏北的经济地理;而且,随着生态环保硬约束和高铁时代的到来,新型工业化和先进制造业是苏北崛起的必由之路,文化旅游业或即迎来快速发展机遇期。这些对其他欠发达地区的产业发展和经济增长亦应具有重要的参考价值。
What influences will the high-speed rail have on the industry of underdeveloped areas?Taking the industrial choice of north Jiangsu for example,this paper conducted a comprehensive study and answered that question by using some economic theories combined with relevant statistical data.The conclusion and suggestions are as follows:regional economic growth disparity is a global realistic subject with broad economic and geographical basis.The new economic geography can be used to explain why the development of the five cities in north Jiangsu is relatively slow.We learned from the development of Pudong district of Shanghai as well as Shandong that the economic geography of north Jiangsu have to be reshaped in order to speed up its development and build Jiangsu into a moderately prosperous society.In addition,with the hard constraints of ecological environmental protection and the advent of the era of high-speed rail,new industrialization and advanced manufacturing industry are essential to the rise of north Jiangsu.Also,it may become an opportunity for the cultural tourism.It is of great reference value to the industrial development and economic growth of other underdeveloped areas.
