采用细胞体外培养和免疫放射分析等方法,观察体外添加铜后猪原代肝细胞中类胰岛素生长因子(IGF-Ⅰ)、结合蛋白(IGFBP3)和生长激素结合蛋白(GHBP)表达量的变化,探讨铜对猪肝脏IGF-Ⅰ等生长相关因子的影响。结果表明:当铜的添加量为31.2μmol/L时,IGF-Ⅰ和IGFBP3含量显著高于空白对照组,对GHBP含量的影响不明显;添加生长激素不能产生相似的变化。这一结果说明铜是通过调节生长激素轴的相关因子的表达发挥促生长作用。
Adding copper to the culture medium, the change of expression quantity of IGF- Ⅰ , GHBP and IGFBP3 was observed by cell culture in vitro and radio immunoassay(R/A). This study was to investigate the effect of copper on insulin-like growth factor in the porcine liver. The results indicated that the content of IGF- Ⅰ and IGFBP3 was strikingly higher than that of the control group, but content of GHBP did not change correspondingly with the addition of 31.2μmaol/L copper. Copper played a growth-promoting role by regulating correlation factor of growth hormone axis in vitro tests.
