OBJECTIVE To calculate the osmotic pressure of a solution from the concentration. METHODS The osmotic pressure of glycine solutions was measured with our newly reported air humidity osmometry and modified NRTL model. RESULTS The measurements were equivalent to the calculations by two one - sided test and multiple testing corrections. CONCLUSIONS The air humidity osmometry is applicable to measure the osmotic pressure and the osmotic pressure can be calculated from the concentration.
