水溶液中的氯离子等腐蚀性物质容易通过水泥基材料中的孔隙进入到材料内部,加速其耐久性的劣化。抗渗性能的好坏直接关系到水泥基材料耐久性的优劣,内掺有机硅防水剂是改善其抗渗性能的有效方法。通过毛细吸水试验研究不同温度作用后SHCC的抗渗性能,结果表明,内掺Protectosil MH50硅烷乳液显著提高了SHCC的抗渗性能;硅烷乳液在200-300℃区间内分解,但300℃未完全失效。试验还表明,PVA纤维的掺入会降低SHCC的抗渗性能。
Corrosive substances in the aqueous solution such as chloride ions easily penetrate into the cement-based materials through the pores, and accelerate the durability deterioration of the materials .Impermeability is directly related to the durability of the cement-based materials, and inner water repellent treatment is an effective way to improve the impermeability.Capillary-water-absorption test was carried out to investigate the impermeability of the strain hardening cement-based composites (SHCC) after different temperature action.The re- suits show that, inner water repellent treatment make the impermeability of SHCC greatly improved.Silane emulsion was decomposed be- tween 200-300 ℃ ,but not completely lose its efficiency at 300 ℃ .The test also indicates that the incorporation of PVA fiber would reduce the impermeability of SHCC.
