表面分子印迹聚合物因其高效的靶向识别能力、丰富的活性结合位点和优越的吸附/解吸附动力学性能,日益受到分离和分析化学领域研究者的广泛关注。本文系统介绍表面印迹技术的概况,如机理、分类、特点等,重点综述了表面印迹技术在环境分析、食品分析、生物分析和医药分析等领域的研究运用现状,并对表面印迹技术潜在的研究方向和应用前景进行了展望。
Due to the special recognition ability, abundant binding sites, and fast adsorption/desorption dynamics performance, the surface molecular imprinting technique attracted more and more attention in the field of separation and analytical chemistry. In this review, we introduced the overview of the surface imprinting technique, such as the mechanism, classification, and characteristics, and summarized in detail its applications in environmental analysis, biological analysis, medical analysis and food analysis, and finally discussed the potential research directions and application prospects of surface molecular imprinting.
