目的:探讨磁共振扩散加权成像(DWI)在兔脊柱结核病模型中的特征表现、ADC值及其诊断价值。方法:选择健康成年新西兰白兔40只,行左侧腹膜外人路手术方式建立兔脊柱结核动物模型,在手术后4周、8N分别采用常规MRI扫描及MRI.DWI扫描,观察MR表现,分析并测量病变椎体与正常椎体的ADC值及DWI信号特点,并进行统计学分析。结果:成功建立脊柱结核动物模型。脊柱结核动物模型术后第4、8N椎体的DWI出现异常信号,且病变椎体与正常椎体ADC值差别有统计学意义,病变椎体的ADC值高于正常椎体。结论:DWI分析及ADC值的测量对脊柱结核病的诊断提供了一定的参考信息,且为临床早期诊断结核病提供了指导辅助方法。
Purpose: To investigate the DWI features, ADC values in diagnosis of rabbits spinal tuberculosis. Methods: Forty healthy New Zealand rabbits were selected in this study. Firstly, animal models of spinal tuberculosis were made by the left extraperitoneal operation approach, then they were examined with a conventional MRI scan and MRI-DWI scan at 4 weeks, 8 weeks, respectively. MRI manifestations and ADC values of normal vertebrae and of vertebrae with pathological changes were analyzed. Results: The spinal tuberculosis model was successfully established in rabbits. The spine appeared abnormal signal at 4 week, 8 weeks on DWI. The difference between the mean ADC values of normal vertebrae and vertebral lesions was with statistical significant. ADC values of vertebral lesions were higher than that of normal vertebrae. Conclusion: Diffusion-weighed MR imaging is useful in diagnosis of spinal tuberculosis. And it can provide guidance for early clinical diagnosis of tuberculosis.
