以有机磷类萃取剂为载体,采用中空纤维更新液膜技术萃取溶液中的青霉素G。考察了载体种类、添加剂、管程流体中的油水比、管程和壳程流体流速对过程传质性能的影响。结果表明,采用中性络合萃取机理的磷酸三丁酯(TBP)比阳离子交换为萃取机理的P204更适合作为中空纤维更新液膜萃取青霉素G过程的有机液膜相载体;异辛醇作为高碳醇在水中的溶解度小,并有破乳作用,且对TBP萃取青霉素G的过程有一定的协萃作用,是有机液膜相中较好的添加剂。以TBP-异辛醇-煤油体系为有机液膜相,管程混合流体中有机相在水相的含量(油水比)对过程传质性能的影响较小;随着中空纤维膜器管程流体流速的增大,液膜过程的传质通量下降,料液相中青霉素G的去除率减小;而随着壳程流速的增大,壳程内料液侧水相过界层内的传质阻力减小,料液侧青霉素G的去除率增大。

英文摘要:

The extraction of penicillin G is conducted by hollow fiber renewal liquid membrane (HFRLM) technique with organophosphorus agent as carrier.The effects of type of carrier,addition in liquid membrane,organic/aqueous volume ratio,flow rates on lumen and shell sides,and etc.on the mass transfer performance of HFRLM process were studied.The results showed that the neutral complex extractant of TBP is better than cation exchanger extractant of P204 as the carrier for the extraction of penicillin G by HFRLM.Iso-octanol is a better addition in the liquid membrane phase with advantages of low water solubility,demulsification and synergistic complex.With TBP-iso-octanol-kerosene as liquid membrane phase,the organic/aqueous volume ratio has almost no influence on the mass transfer of HFRLM process;the removal efficiency of penicillin G in the feed solution decreases with increasing flow rate on the lumen side of hollow fiber module,and increases with increasing flow rate on the shell side.
