[目的/意义]网络谣言进行科学分类便于对不同类型网络谣言进行风险识别,采取相应的管理措施进而保障网络社会的安全。因而对此问题进行研究成为公共管理中网络谣言治理的重要一环。[方法/过程]拟从网络谣言认知的角度,筛选49种网络谣言并通过7种谣言属性构建了0-1判断矩阵,采用Hayashi数量化理论III的数值分析法计算各种网络谣言的得分,进而实现网络谣言的数量化分类。[结果/结论]研究结果表明该数量化理论用于网络谣言数值分类的有效性,同时体现了从网络谣言认知角度进行分类的思路,更加满足综合网络安全的实际需要。
[ Purpose/Significance ] The scientific classification of Intemet rumors facilitates risk identification for different types of Inter- net rumors and helps to adopt corresponding management measures, which can guarantee the safety of the network. Therefore, the man- agement of information variation on the intemet has become one of the important works of social security network. [ Method/Process ] From the perspective of network rumors cognition, this article collects 49 Intemet rumours, makes use of 7 rumours' classification and con- structs 0-1 judgment matrix. Using Hayashi quantification theory Ⅲ and Matlab, the results of the calculation score of each network are obtained. [ Result/Conclusion ] The research show the effectiveness the numerical theory used for numerical classification, and reflect the viewpoint from an Interact rumours perspective, which meets the practical requirement of integrated network security.
