Community volunteering center provides and manages basic volunteer services. The center is respobsible for administration, supply and demand balance, resource integration, project support, capac- ity-building and voluntary culture building. And 3 management models came into shape in the process of promoting community volunteering center, such as local government managing volunteering center itself, buying some services from social organizations. We suggest that government should increase its investment in this sector, and encourage community volunteering center to develop into resource distribution center and volunteers communication platform.
