英文摘要：
The L-kernel operator on an L-fuzzy poset L is defined.It is proved that there is a one-to-one correspondence between L-kernel operators and L-kernel systems on each L-fuzzy poset.It is a generalization of that on bounded complete L-fuzzy posets,and it makes the case of L-fuzzy posets and crisp posets more harmonious.Also,the conclusions of L-closure operator and L-closure system are given.
