为满足大型无轨机械化设备高效开采作业的需要,同时降低充填成本、减缓井下地压活动与地表岩移,建立高浓度自流胶结充填、泵送充填与废石充填相结合的多模式充填工艺系统,采用分期分区充填方式,取得了良好的工艺运行效果。研究结果表明:一期采场破碎废石尾砂胶结充填,充填成本为55-95元/m^3,料浆浓度可达70%-76%,充填能力约为110m^3/h;二期采场废石充填,充填能力可达115m^3/h,年耗废石3-4万m^3,充填成本为30-60元/m^3,通过合理的充填、滤、排水管道布置,维护了井下良好的作业环境;应用湿喷台车辅助构筑新型钢拱架喷浆挡墙,降低了挡墙建设成本,缩短了建设工期。
In order to meet efficient mining operation of large trackless mechanized equipments, reduce the filling cost and control the ground pressure and rock movement, a multi- mode filling system, combining with gravity-flow filling, pumping filling and waste rock filling, was established and realized good engineering practice by phases and stopes. The results showed that the filling cost was 55 - 95 RMB/m^3 , the slurry density could reach 70%-76% and the filling ca- pability was about 110 m^3/h by waste rock and tailings ce- mented filling in primary stope. And the filling capability could be up to 115 m^3/h, the annual consumption of waste rock was 30,000-40,000 m^3 , and the filling cost was 30-60 RMB/m^3 by waste rock filling in secondary stope. The reasonable piping layout, including filling pipe, screen pipe and drainage pipe, guaranteed a good underground work condition. And the application of wet spraying trolley for con- structing the new retaining wall with steel arch and shotcrete reduced the building cost and days.
