浅层敞开式蓄水屋面由于具有蓄水层浅、屋面荷载小、蒸发性能好、对屋面具有养护功能、夜间散热快等优点,但也存在由于蓄水层浅,其蒸发冷却作用受到一定的限制等缺点,从而影响其工程应用。通过所建立的浅层敞开式屋面蓄水隔热模块测试平台,对其在自然气候条件下的蒸发冷却性能进行了测试研究,分析隔热模块的平均蒸发热流变化特征,获得了其在典型季节月份的蒸发换热系数和换热变化规律,得到了其蒸发热流计算模型,这些实验研究结果为可上人式浅层蓄水屋面的构造模式优化提供基础依据。
Shallow-layer open-type water-retaining roof has the advantages of shallow water-retaining layer, light roof load, good evaporation performance,and quick heat release during night. However, it still has some weaknesses,such as the limitation in the evaporative cooling effect due to the shallow water layer,which will compromise its practical engineering application. In this paper, experiments will be conducted on the evaporative cooling performance of the water-retaining roof modular under real weather conditions. It analyzed the average evaporative heat flow change law of the thermal isolation module,gained the evaporative cooling coefficient and cooling change law in a typical month of the season, obtained the evaporative heat flow calculation model,these experimental results provide fundamental basis for optimization of structure mode of accessible shallow-layer water-retaining roof.
