采用正交试验研究了水胶比、胶粉掺量、硅粉掺量以及消泡剂掺量对混凝土的韧性与刚性的影响规律。结果表明:四个因素对混凝土的折压比影响的主次顺序是胶粉掺量最大,消泡剂掺量次之,水胶比第三,硅粉掺量最小;而对于弹性模量影响的主次顺序是胶粉掺量最大,硅粉掺量次之,消泡剂掺量第三,水胶比最小。胶粉能显著提高混凝土的折压比,改善混凝土的韧性;且胶粉掺量越大,效果越明显。组成参数为水胶比0.35、胶粉掺量8.0%、硅粉掺量6.0%、消泡剂掺量0.8%的复合助剂改性混凝土混凝土,其抗折强度为7.05 MPa,折压比为0.159,弹性模量为20.16 GPa,其综合力学性能良好,韧性最大,适合用作混凝土路面材料。
The effects of water-cement ratio, latex powder, silica fume and defoamer on the toughness and rigid- ity of composite additives modified concrete were studied by orthogonal experiment. The results show that in the giv- en value range of each factor, latex powder has the greatest effect on ratio of bending strength to compressive strength (RBSCS) , next comes defoamer, thirdly comes water-cement ratio followed by silica fume, while on elas- tic modulus, the corresponding order is latex powder, silica fume, defoamer, water-cement ratio. Latex powder can improve RBSCS and toughness of concrete greatly, and the effect is more obvious with the adding amount increas- ing. When the mix parameters are water-cement ratio 0.35, latex powder content 8.0%, silica fume content 6.0% and defoamer content 0.8%, the bending strength of composite additives modified concrete is 7.05 MPa, RBSCS is 0. 159, elastic modulus is 20.16 GPa, so it is suitable for concrete pavement material.
