开展了石灰石粉的活性研究,验证了掺石灰石粉对水泥水化进程、混凝土抗压强度和抗渗、抗冻性能的影响。结果表明:磨细石灰石粉较I级粉煤灰的活性差,单掺石灰石粉后,不同龄期的砂浆和混凝土抗压强度较基准混凝土抗压强度有一定程度降低;一定掺量的石灰石粉与粉煤灰复掺可改善胶凝材料体系颗粒级配,从而提高混凝土早期强度;掺10%的石灰石粉对混凝土的抗渗、抗冻性能没有明显影响。
The activity of limestone powder,as well the effects of limestone powder on the properties of concrete were studied in this paper.The results show that the activity of limestone powder is weaker than the class I fly ash,the strengths of mortars and concretes with 30%limestone powder are weaker compared with the plain concrete and fly ash concrete.The cooperation of limestone powder and fly ash together can improve the particle size distribution of the cementitious systems,thereby enhancing the early concrete strength slightly.The impermeability,frost resistance of concrete are not clearly weakened when less than 10% of powder is used.
