为了研究蜂巢内温度分布和变化规律、揭示其恒温调控机理,设计了一种基于微传感器阵列的温度采集、可视化显示和动态分析系统。采用SHT21微型温湿度传感器和Zig Bee无线通信技术,实时采集蜂箱内立体均匀分布的30点温度和箱外环境温度,应用Matlab GUI构建多通道数据接收、可视化显示和动态分析软件。将蜂巢和监测系统放在冷库中进行自然温度至-25℃间的降温和升温实验。结果表明:数据采集性能稳定,可直观显示蜂箱内各点温度与分布,当环境温度剧烈变化时,蜂巢中心保持在34.8℃左右,而边缘温度变化较大,中心点周围、蜂巢边缘位置间的相关性较大。本系统可应用在蜂学研究、蜜蜂养殖等领域。
In order to study the distribution and variation rule of the beehive temperature,and reveal the internal thermostatic regulation mechanism,a temperature acquiring,visualization and dynamic analysis system based on micro-sensor array is designed. The system adopts miniature SHT21 temperature and humidity sensor and Zig Bee wireless communication technology,realtime acquire temperature of 30 points which distributed three-dimensionanlly uniformly inside beehive and the ambient temperature outside of the beehive,Matlab GUI is applied to build multi-channel data reception,visualization and dynamic analysis software. The beehive and monitoring system are placed placed in cold storage for cooling and warming test,temperature ranging from normal temperature to- 25 ℃. The simulation results show that performance of data acquisition is stable,and can visually display temperature and distribution of each points within beehive,when ambient temperature changes dramatically,and center of beehive maintains at about 34. 8 ℃,while temperature vary dramatically on the edge,around center point temperature have a great correlation with temperature on edge position. This system can be applied in the fields of apiculture research and bee breeding.
