主要阐述了近年来国内外关于薄壁筒形件旋压理论研究和工艺技术的进展情况。介绍了薄壁筒形件的旋压方式、旋压过程中材料流动特征和力能参数、变量参数与加工精度相关性的研究进展,以及筒形件的可旋性和复合技术的应用;分析了超薄壁筒形件旋压加工的特点,得出超薄壁筒形件的成形加工与厚壁件相比主要成形特点有:材料流动的不稳定性、对工件与芯模间隙的敏感性以及对残余应力不均匀分布的敏感性。为了适应工业生产发展的需求,应着力开展薄壁件旋压过程中协调变形的理论研究,并逐步向综合智能化旋压方向发展,建立通用旋压件制造专家系统。
The development of domestic and foreign spinning fundamental research and processing technology progress of the thin-wall tubes were reviewed.Spinning method of the thin-wall tubes,material flow characteristics and power parameters in spinning process,and variable parameters associated with the machining accuracy,tube spinning ability and application of composite technology were introduced.Spinning processing characteristics of the extra-thin-walled tubes were analyzed.The main forming features of the extra thin-wall tubes compared with the thick-wall tubes are: the instability of the material flow,the sensitivity of the clearance of workpiece and mandrel,and the sensitivity of the uneven distribution of residual stress.In order to meet the needs of industrial development,the theory of compatibility of deformation of the thin-wall parts in spinning process was strived to carry out and it should gradually develop in the direction to the integrated intelligent spinning and to establish a common spinning expert system.
