对曲柄滑块伺服压力机的机构运动和伺服电机的控制系统进行仿真研究,通过机构运动的仿真得到滑块的运动行程曲线,而电机部分的仿真主要基于对永磁同步电机的矢量控制原理进行分析与数学建模。利用Matlab/Simulink平台搭建仿真模型进行仿真实验,验证了所建模型系统符合永磁同步电机的运行特性。最后利用仿真模型给予电机不同的转矩进行仿真实验以获得不同的响应曲线,通过分析电机特性曲线来优化电机的控制策略,进而提高压力机的工作性能。
The mechanical motion simulation of crank-slider servo press and the control system simulation of servo motor were carried on.The mechanical motion simulation was carried out to obtain the motion curves of the slider,and the motor simulation was mainly based on the analysis and mathematical modeling of vector control theory of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM).Matlab/Sinulink was used to build the simulation model.The simulation results indicate that the model system is in accord with the PMSM.In the end,different response curves were obtained by giving the motor different torques,the control strategy of servo motor can be improved via the analyse of curves,and then the working performance of servo press can be also improved.
