工作一家庭冲突是个人的工作角色和家庭角色在工作或家庭压力方面出现难以调和的矛盾时,产生的一种角色交互冲突。专职教练员在组织内外工作压力和责任影响下。因投入工作而减少对家庭的付出。从而造成工作一家庭困扰和冲突。通过文献综述法对工作一家庭冲突的定义和维度进行界定。对工作一家庭相关变量和影响因素进行综述,并对体育组织教练员工作一家庭冲突未来研究进行展望:(1)对教练员群体进行实证研究;(2)研究方法进一步发展;(3)构建工作一家庭冲突模型;(4)应对措施的制订与实施。
The work-family conflicts are role conflict between work role and family role under the contradiction of work or family pressure. This essay discussed the definition, structure and dimensions of work-family conflicts via literatures review. The authors analyzed the relationship of correlative variables, and then suggested further researches as follow, first, to do research on coach group; second, to develop the research method of work-family conflict; third, to construct the work-family model of sports organizations; and fourth, to suggest related strategies.
