结合企业演化内外部的环境变化,通过构建一维状态空间的基本演化方程和势函数,建立了科技型中小企业成长的自组织结构模型———尖点突变模型。通过分析企业成长驱动力及其成长路径的选择,可以得到以下结论:(1)科技型中小企业具有明显的自稳定成长和自重组成长的两阶段成长特征;(2)科技型中小企业在渐变式累积成长阶段,知识资本存量的运动轨迹是一条"S"曲线;(3)进入到技术创新为主的突变阶段,正负熵决定了企业成长路径是否发生突变的边界条件。
To untie the paradox of the growth of enterprises,this paper establishes self-organizing structure model CCM for high-tech SMEs by building an equation of one-dimension space evolution and the potential function based on the internal and external business environment changes of enterprise evolution.By analyzing the driving force and growth path of growth of the enterprises,the following conclusions are got:(1) high-tech SMEs have two stages of self stable growth and self recombining growth;(2) in the gradual accumulation growth stage,the track of knowledge capital stock is a "S" curve;(3) in technological innovation-oriented mutation stage,positive and negative entropies decide whether the boundary condition of mutation in growth path occurs.
