The paper introduced the preparation method of microemulsifier for 5% azadirachtin. According to the standard of initial appearance, cold storage （-5 and-10℃, 7d） , heat storage [（54±2）℃, 14 d J, long-term stability （room temperature, 1 year and 0-5℃ 12 month） and dilution stability （1：200 fluid） and good fluidity, a series of selection expermints of different surfactants, co-solvents and water were carry out. The resuhs showed that the optimum formulation are as follows： azadirachtin dry power 17%, co-solvents 15%, emulsifier 12% and the microemulsifier has characteristics of good stability, high efficiency and safety in use.
