以印楝素为有效成分,起始外观、冷藏外观(-5℃和-10℃,7 d)、经时贮藏外观(室温1年,0~5℃12个月)、热贮外观〔(54±2)℃,14 d〕和稀释稳定性(1∶200倍液)合格,流动性好为标准,通过对不同表面活性剂、助溶剂、水的配方筛选实验,得到5%印楝素微乳剂的最佳制剂配方。优化的配方为(质量百分比):印楝素干粉为17%,助溶剂为15%,乳化剂为12%,水余量。试验结果表明,该微乳剂具有贮藏稳定性好、高效安全等特点。
The paper introduced the preparation method of microemulsifier for 5% azadirachtin. According to the standard of initial appearance, cold storage (-5 and-10℃, 7d) , heat storage [(54±2)℃, 14 d J, long-term stability (room temperature, 1 year and 0-5℃ 12 month) and dilution stability (1:200 fluid) and good fluidity, a series of selection expermints of different surfactants, co-solvents and water were carry out. The resuhs showed that the optimum formulation are as follows: azadirachtin dry power 17%, co-solvents 15%, emulsifier 12% and the microemulsifier has characteristics of good stability, high efficiency and safety in use.
