利用化学法制备了一种咪唑类化合物2-苯基-4,5-二(2-呋喃基)-1H-咪唑,并利用X-射线单晶衍射实验分析其晶体结构,通过考察紫外-可见吸收光谱、荧光光谱和化学发光光谱研究它的发光性质。在碱性介质中,2-苯基-4,5-二(2-呋喃基)-1H-咪唑可以与H2O2、K3Fe(CN)6反应,产生明显的化学发光现象。利用400-640 nm的系列滤光片考察2-苯基-4,5-二(2-呋喃基)-1H-咪唑/H2O2和2-苯基-4,5-二(2-呋喃基)-1H-咪唑/K3Fe(CN)6体系的化学发光光谱,探讨体系的发光机理。当把Cu^2+和没食子酸丙酯分别加入到相应的体系中时,可以促进超氧阴离子自由基(·O^-2)的生成,有效增强体系的化学发光。
An imidazole derivative, 2 - phenyl - 4,5 - di ( 2 - furyl) - 1 H - imidazole ( PDFI), was synthesized. The crystal structure was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The luminescence characteristic of PDFI was investigated with the absorption, photoluminescence and chemiluminescence (CL) spectra. H2O2 and K3Fe(CN)6 oxidized PDFI to produce CL emission in basic solution. The CL spectra of PDFI/H2O2 and PDFI/K3 Fe (CN)6 were measured with a series of high-energy cutoff interference filters around 460 - 640 nm, and the possible CL mechanisms were discussed. When Cu^2+ and propyl gallate were added into the systems, they promoted the production of superoxide radical ( · O2^- ), the CL intensity of the PDFI/H2O2 and PDFI/K3Fe( CN)6 systems was enhanced.
