制冷剂闪蒸瞬态喷雾冷却是皮肤激光手术中的重要辅助手段,既能够提高激光能量改善治疗效果,又可以保护表皮正常组织不受激光热损伤。针对制冷剂闪蒸瞬态喷雾冷却过程中所涉及的喷雾动力学和复杂沸腾相变传热等学术难点问题,本文建立了制冷剂闪蒸喷雾冷却实验台,对R134a制冷剂闪蒸喷雾冷却的喷雾特性和表面传热特性进行实验研究,得到了制冷剂闪蒸瞬态喷雾冷却特定喷雾条件下的喷雾特性和表而传热特性,以期为皮肤激光临床手术提供定量的指导。
Flashing transient cryogen spray cooling(CSC)has become an effective method to protect the epidermis from non-specific thermal injuries in selected laser treatments in dermatology, which can increase the laser energy and improve the therapeutic outcome of patients.In order to enhance the understanding of the dynamics of atomization and heat transfer involved in the flashing transient cooling process,this paper has established an experimental system to measure the droplets size in the flashing transient spray and the temperature variation on the cooling surface with a fast-response film thermocouple sensor at the special condition as same as that used in the clinical application.The obtained results can provide some quantitative guidance for the doctors.
