随着土壤盐渍化的日益加剧,农业生产的可持续发展受到威胁.人们从改良盐渍土和植物耐盐育种两个方面寻求解决问题的途径.对现有植物物种进行耐盐性筛选和利用现代生物技术创造新的耐盐品种是进行植物耐盐育种的两种主要方法.随着对植物耐盐分子机制研究的不断深入和转基因技术的不断完善,利用现代生物技术方法培育高效耐盐作物品种已成为当今的研究热点.本文对近年来有关植物耐盐突变体筛选、耐盐相关基因的克隆和转基因研究进行了分析讨论.
The sustainable development of agricultural production is threatened by the increasing aggTavation in soil salinization. Two aspects have been considered to resolve such problem: improvement of saline soil and salinity plant breeding. The selection of existing salt-tolerant plant species and the creation of new salt-tolerant varieties by biotechnology are major methods in breeding salt-tolerant plant species. With the deepened study of the molecular mechanisms of salt-tolerant plants and continuous improvement of transgenic technology, the cultivation of high efficient salt-tolerant breeds by modem biotechnical methods has become a popular research interest. In this article, the selection of plant salt- tolerant mutants, the cloning of salt-tolerance related genes and transgenic studies in recent years was discussed.
