从工艺和工装方面,对合理控制内齿圈畸变进行了研究。结果表明,在渗碳前去应力退火,渗碳时采取阶梯升温并严格控制升温速度60℃/h左右,淬火时使用内撑式工装并适当降低渗碳淬火温度和提高淬火介质温度,可以在很大程度上减小内齿圈畸变,将其椭圆度和锥度的畸变量控制到0.54mm和0.40mm,畸变率为0.036%和0.027%。
Reasonable and effective control of carburizing and quenching distortion of inner gear ring was studied from two aspects of process and tool. The results show that the stress relief annealing before carburizing for inner gear ring, stepped raising the temperature with the rate of 60 ℃/h at the beginning of temperature-increasing stage, using of interior supporting tool during quenching process, dropping the carburizing and quenching temperature and raising the quenching medium temperature, could decrease the distortion to a very significant degree controlled the distortion degree of ovality and tape within 0.54 mm and 0.40 ram, and distortion ratio of that within 0. 036% and 0. 027% , respectively.
