随着新一代测序技术的发展,新的拼接算法应运而生。介绍了目前国际上广泛认可的几种新的拼接算法的基本原理与具体步骤,分析每种算法的优缺点以及适用范围。用Helicobacter acinonychis的Illumina 1G测序数据检测SSAKE,VCAKE,SHARCGS以及velvet的性能,并对未来拼接算法的研究提出展望。
With the development of the new genomic sequencing technologies,a lot of new assembly algorithms have emerged.This article describes the basic principles and specific steps of the new assembly algorithms widely recognized internationally,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each algorithm as well as the scope of application.SSAKE,VCAKE,SHARCGS and velvet are tested on the Illumina 1G sequencing data of Helicobacter acinonychis to validate their performance.At last the future research of the new assembly algorithms is proposed.
