汽车电器数量和电气负荷逐渐增大,继电器安全寿命的相关研究愈显重要.其中电触头材料的侵蚀率是理解和评估继电器性能和寿命的一个基本参数,研究在汽车14 V直流电源网下汽车继电器触头的侵蚀率.为了提高银触头耐腐蚀性和避免产生焊接,使用复合材料,设计了一维仿真模型计算触头材料的侵蚀率,并与实验结果做对比.该研究对提高汽车继电器电接触材料的安全寿命有重要意义.
Since the number of automotive electrical equipment and electrical load has been increased gradually,the study on relay safe life becomes more important. The erosion rate of electrical contact material is a basic parameter to evaluate the relay performance and its life time. The erosion rate of automotive relay contact under 14 V DC power supply is studied. To improve the erosion resistance of the silver contact and avoid generating welding,the one?dimensional simulation model was designed to calculate erosion rate of the contact material by using composite materials. The simulation results are compared with experimen?tal results. This study has great significance to improve safe life of automotive relay contact material.
