目前数字图书馆评价模型研究中，权重确定带有一定的主观性，某种程度上会影响到评价结果的准确性。文章提出的基于DEA和CA的数字图书馆评价模型，有效地避免了评价中权重确定的主观因素，因此评价结果客观性和准确性得到进一步增强。
英文摘要：
The present study on digital library evaluation models are fairly subjective in determining the weights, which is important to result of quality evaluation. Then a sci-tech novelty retrieval quality evaluation model based on DEA and CA is put forward, which weakens demerit mentioned above on previous study. Therefore, the objectivity and accuracy of the proposed model has a qualitative leap.
