研究了以CATIA软件为平台的螺旋锥齿轮副参数化建模方法.在螺旋锥齿轮副参数确定过程中,对锥齿轮的齿高度、过渡圆角和齿廓对称夹角系列参数进行了优化.通过齿廓曲线和螺旋线的创建等得到单个螺旋锥齿轮,通过齿轮副约束设定、检查碰撞和干涉校验,得到精度高、啮合性能好的螺旋锥齿轮副.为螺旋锥齿轮副的动力学、有限元等分析提供了高精度三维模型.
Parametric modeling methods of the spiral bevel gear pair were studied in detail, with CATIA as software platform. In the process of spiral bevel gear pair of parameter determination, a part of parameter was optimized, sueh as the height of tooth, the angle of the transition fillet and the angle of tooth profile symmetry. By creating the tooth profile eurve and helix curve to get a single spiral bevel gears. By setting the constraint of the gear pair, checking the collision and the interference to get high aecuracy, good meshing performanee of spiral bevel gear pair. It provided a high preeision 3D model for dynamics, finite element and other analysis about the spiral bevel gear pair.
