One kind of new fast pipe joints is introduced in the commercial vehicle pipeline system＇s industrial production application.The structure performance and features of the traditional thread bushing connector and quick coupling are analyzed.The current thread bushing connector＇s structure shape and assembling way can both be improved,and the performance and efficiency are enhanced by using quick coupling.The complete cost is lowered down and the new product has characters of good sealing,pressure-proof,solid connection,safety and reliability.A promising application prospect and technological advances of quick coupling in the pipe system of commercial vehicles are demonstrated considering its principle of work and structure.
