为了研究楔形掏槽炮孔角度对称性对掏槽爆破效果的影响,从理论上阐释了楔形掏槽爆破机理;并采用黑索金炸药对水泥砂浆试块完成了楔形掏槽对称性爆破相似模拟试验,综合评价分析了爆破形成的槽腔深度、体积和炮孔利用率等爆破效果。在潞安屯留煤矿南翼轨道大巷现场试验,循环进尺提高了11.5%。研究结果表明掏槽眼炮孔角度对称布置能够充分利用炸药的爆破能,增大爆破槽腔体积,增加槽腔深度,掏槽效果优于角度不对称情形,有利于提高掘进进尺,对隧道、巷道掘进施工具有参考意义。
In order to research the effect of hole angle symmetry on cut blasting, the mechanism of wedge-shaped cut blasting was theoretically explained, similar simulation test of wedge-shaped cut blasting symmetry was made in the laboratory with cement mortar models and RDX, meanwhile, the depth and volume of groove cavity and the utilizing rate of borehole after blasting was comprehensively analyzed. The cycle footage can be enhanced by 11.5% through the field test of wedgeshaped cut blasting symmetry in Tunliu Mine in Lu'an. The result shows that blasting energy can be effectively used, the depth and volume of groove cavity can be increased and footage of cycle can be enhanced when the borehole angles were symmetrically disposed. The blasting effect of symmetry of borehole angle is better than asymmetry. Moreover, this article has a reference value for the tunnel and laneway construction.
