为了解决长沟峪煤矿工作面粉尘质量浓度大的问题,采用煤层注水这一从源头上控制煤尘产生的方法,针对长沟峪煤矿-140m水平北一以北15槽煤层的地质特征,设计了其煤层长孔注水系统及注水参数,并应用于现场。通过现场测试注水前后煤样含水率及粉尘浓度的变化的数据表明:煤层注水能有效降低采煤时各道工序产生的粉尘量,使工作面及顺槽的劳动环境条件大为改善。证实长孔煤层注水技术是一项行之有效的防治粉尘的技术措施。
In order to overcome the heave dust problem at Changgouyu coal mine,the method of water injection into coal seam is applied to control dust source.The water injection system and the water injection parameters are designed based on the geological characteristics of 15210 working face of 15# coal seam at level -140 in Changgouyu mine.Comparing the moisture content of coal samples and the change of dust density before and after water injections on site,it shows that the coal seam water infusion effectively reduces the dust level in all mining process and improves working environment at all working faces.Long-role coal seam water injection is an effective dust prevention and control measure.
