以磨粒流加工共轨管为研究对象,以大涡模拟的方法对磨粒流加工共轨管进行数值分析。通过对磨粒流加工共轨管过程中磨粒流的流动形态进行数值模拟,可获得在不同温度和进出口压力条件下共轨管各个支路的静态压强、动态压强和速度分布。以此来分析温度以及进出口压力对磨粒流加工效果的影响,为磨粒流加工工艺的研究提供更加准确的依据。
In this study, the numerical analysis of the common rail pipe in the process of the debris flow is carried out with the method of large eddy simulation. By means of numerical simulation of the flow pattern of the debris flow in the process of grinding, the static pressure, dynamic pressure and velocity distribution of the common rail pipe under different temperature and inlet and outlet pressure are obtained. In order to analyze the influence of temperature and pressure on the processing of the abrasive grain, and provide more accurate basis for the research on the processing technology of abrasive particles.
