英文摘要：

Aquatic vegetables are very important in the daily life of China consumers. Due to diverse varieties, special tastes and health functions, aquatic vegetables were favored by consumer. Considering the degradation of environment, pollution of water and unreasonable use of agricultural inputs in planting aquatic vegetables recently, some risks of food safety were fo- cused. The main pests and diseases in aquatic vegetables, the control measures and the use of pesticide were investigated. Some major contaminants in aquatic vegetables, the related maximum residue limits（MRLs） and analysis methods were rec- ommended according to the current domestic and international standards and our survey of major pollutants in aquatic vegeta- bles. It will provide a guidance for monitoring quality and safety of aquatic vegetables.
