分别在Cr5钢等温贝氏体转变阶段施加0.5、1、1.5 T脉冲磁场,并与相同工艺下的正常等温贝氏体转变比较,研究不同强度脉冲磁场对Cr5钢等温贝氏体转变组织与性能的影响。结果表明,与正常等温贝氏体转变相比较,在Cr5钢等温贝氏体转变阶段施加脉冲磁场,随着磁场强度的提高,试样贝氏体转变量增多,残留奥氏体含量减少,抗压强度、压缩率和硬度降低。
0.5, 1 and 1.5 T pulse magnetic field was exerted upon isothermal bainite transformation process, and it was compared with normal isothermal bainite transformation in the same process to investigate the effect of pulse magnetic field on microstructure and performance in isothermal bainite transformation process of Cr5 steel. The results show that compared with the normal isothermal bainite transformation, with the improvement of the intensity of the pulse magnetic field, bainite content of the sample increases, the retained austenite fraction decreases, the compressive strength, compression ratio and hardness reduce.
